Shipping Policy

At GB Tachopak Ltd, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please read the information below regarding our delivery services and charges.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch orders received before 3:00pm Monday to Thursday on the same working day wherever possible.

Orders placed after 3:00pm, on Fridays, weekends or public holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day unless otherwise agreed.

Whilst we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Services

Orders are delivered using our chosen delivery partners, including but not limited to DPD and Royal Mail.

Delivery times, including any next-day delivery services, are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery services are provided by third-party carriers and are outside of our control. GB Tachopak Ltd cannot accept liability for delays caused by our delivery partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Charges

Standard UK delivery is charged at £7.50 per order.

Orders with a value over £100 qualify for free standard UK delivery.

Free delivery does not apply to certain larger, heavier or higher-value items that may require additional delivery charges based on the weight, size, value or delivery location. Where applicable, any additional charges will be confirmed before your order is dispatched.

Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands are subject to separate delivery charges regardless of order value.

Charges are calculated based on the delivery location, weight, size and value of the goods.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If any items are damaged, missing or incorrect, please notify us in writing, preferably by email to sales@tachopak.co.uk, within 5 working days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs where applicable

Part Deliveries

Occasionally, orders may be delivered in more than one shipment.

Where a partial delivery is made, the goods supplied should be accepted as part performance of the order, with any outstanding items to follow where applicable.
