Returns & Refund Policy

At GB Tachopak Ltd, we aim to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you need to return an item, please read the information below.

Returns

If you no longer require an item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Where possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging.
  • The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 10% handling charge will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, administration and restocking costs.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible and ideally within 5 working days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem.
  • Photographs where applicable.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the goods are confirmed to be faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Goods that have been specially ordered, customised or manufactured to your specification.
  • Software licences or digital products once they have been supplied or activated.
  • Any item that is no longer in a condition suitable for resale.
